Grayshott Pottery was established in 1956. Its origins can, however, be traced back to the Compton Pottery built near Guildford at the turn of the century by Mary Watts, wife of the famous Victorian painter, Frederick Watts. Grayshott has built an international reputation producing fine stoneware and porcelain shapes and designs.it is housed in an old 19th century building where visitors can watch the potter at work or browse for gifts in the gift shop.

Note: Times shown are for factory visits. The shop is open Mondays to Saturdays 9.30 to 16.30 and Sundays 2.00 to 4.00.
