Clay Shooting
Ready, Aim, Fire! Pull the trigger and hit the target, watch in amazement as you smash one clay after another. As soon as you have hit your first clay target, you will be addicted to the sport that is hailed as the new golf, except with clay shooting you don’t need the silly clothes! Our expert instructors will have you hitting even the most difficult of targets, and if you keep up the progress maybe you will be the next Olympic champion. You won’t be the only one of our shooters going for that crown. So come and have a go at Nottingham and District Gun Club and rub shoulders with shooting’s royalty.
We cater for all levels of experience, from beginners through to the England squad. We are a CPSA premier ground because of our fantastic facilities and our commitment to the sport.
Tank Driving
Genuine ex-army vehicles that have served in actual war zones and now they are having their most challenging experience yet, being driven by you! Our course has been described by the military as a very close replica of their own training facilities on Salisbury Plain.
So come and test your driving skills in 15 and half tons of pure power.
Sphering (AKA Zorbing)
Sphering is a unique adventure where you are loose or harnessed into an adult sized inflatable sphere – a BIG fat 3.5 metre PVC ball! You are launched down the downhill track landing either on dry land or splash into the lake and run the ball like a human hamster to the other side. One or two people ride together.
Argocat Driving
We have an all terrain course that will have you screaming and laughing like a little child. Crash through mud, drive over water and navigate tricky inclines. Eight wheels, one driver and lots of fun. Two levers control the steering to make these vehicles a true challenge. Prepare to get dirty and wet!
