Saturday 21 April – Shakespeare Sonnet Walks
Sonneteers will entertain walkers as they stroll to Shakespeare’s Globe on tours of Tudor London, starting at either Westminster Abbey or the site of Shakespeare’s theatre in Shoreditch. The walk includes a brief visit inside the Globe theatre.
Tickets: £16, £13 concs, £10 Friends of Shakespeare’s Globe

Shakespeare’s Birthday Celebrations
Delicious Italian foods and wines will be available in the Underglobe, whilst on the Globe stage there will be workshops in ‘Commedia dell’Arte’ and experienced actors will train members of the public to perform lines from Shakespeare in front of the packed auditorium. Other activities will include workshops for all ages and music from the Globe’s favourite musicians.
Monday 23 April – Silent Shakespeare at the Globe by arrangement with the BFI
Come and watch from Bankside as the white walls of the Globe become silver screens. We will be projecting onto the theatre a series of silent film adaptations of Shakespeare’s works
Film showing times are 7.00pm and 8.00pm (each film showing lasts approximately 45 minutes).
