Buckinghamshire Railway Centre

Buckinghamshire Railway Centre, Quainton Road, Quainton, Near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP22 4BY.
Buckinghamshire Railway Centre is a working steam museum where you can see the giant engines from the age of steam. The centre's 25 acre site has one of the largest private railway collections in the country; examples range from express locomotives which used to pull the passenger trains to the humble shunting engine. It also has many carriages and other items of rolling stock. These include a coach from the Royal Train of 1901 and another used by Winston Churchill and General Eisenhower for wartime planning meetings in 1944.
