The Hastings Seafood and Wine Festival, centred on the historic fishing beach, The Stade, celebrates the area's fine vineyards and fishing heritage.
There are fish preparation and filleting demonstrations with local fishmongers,
Seafood cooking demonstrations from local restaurants, market stalls offering the best local produce, including wine, fruit and vegetables and Hastings seafood, a wine bar offering a range of quality English wines from the local area,a Caribbean fish barbecue serving a range of seafood treats, sea-themed street art and entertainment, and a Jazz Breakfast with performances from Herbie Flowers and Mike Hatchard.
